Another way how to achieve iso to exe transformation, is to compress it via some file archiver utility to a self-extracting archive, that also has EXE. Executing that archive would decompress the ISO.
- UltraISO is an ISO/CD/DVD image file creating tool, which also allows you edit and convert ISO/CD/DVD image files. UltraISO also has a bootable CD/DVD function, so that you can directly edit CD/DVD image files. With UltraISO you can open image files, directly extract files and folders and edit.
- Burn ISO files using Command Prompt. Well, you can’t, and you’re just overthinking the process. The system will require to manually close the windows by pressing X at the top. There’s something we need to point out before we go. There is no need to type out “ isoburn.exe ” because the.exe is not necessary.

a)ISO files are perfect for converting a file into a burnable format for a disc, and the ISO can be created from just about any file you have on your computer, including EXE files.
b)Open the CD/DVD burner application.
c)Open a new window in your computer and locate the EXE file you want to convert to an ISO file.
d)Drag the EXE file into the burning software window and it will automatically load into the program.

e)Click the “Destination” icon folder and select a place for the new ISO file to be saved. Start the conversion process.
f)The length of the conversion process depends on the size of the EXE file; it could take just a few minutes to convert a small EXE file into an ISO file.

I do not have Burning Software. Or if I download any, they do not do what I am looking for. I am trying to convert an .exe file into an .iso file. I am not trying to burn anything yet.
