If you get the bug to bring Siege back for a few days, you can put it together using the files from a purchased copy of Hexen 2 and the open source Hexen II: Hammer of Thyrion and HexenWorld.

Comment burried. Unhide. .I though ment Good Old Games. Well, why not add these. Currently i see mostly new games appear. I love GOG and is still my favorite platform. But we must have all golden oldies.
Add in the Hexen 2 expansion (since it's literally impossible to buy digitally) and I'd be on board 100%.

We have a few Raven/Activision games already, why is this taking so long. I love the heretic/hexen series.
Why aren't these games on GOG yet? they classify as Good Old Games.

Because heretic and hexen are not from id-software but Raven Software which is now under Activision and thus not Bethesda where id-software is under.
I gave up on these and downloaded them from elsewhere. I'm using GZdoom, DoomZ (zombie game) and Zandronum (end user levers). <br /> <br />..I did this AFTER I bought the GoG Dooms, because I wanted the others as well.

Hexen 2 Weapons
I've recently got into HeXen II pretty much as a result of it running on the same engine as Quake. I'm looking for beginner's info on modding the game, but I don't really know where to start? I can't find as many forums or even sites dedicated to HeXen II or modding instructions for it.
What I'm also wondering is the extent to which any guides on modding Quake would be applicable to HeXen II. As they run on the same engine, will any commands I edit have similar results, or are there distinct differences between the two games?
